Description:

Trimebutine maleate has a dual regulatory function on the gastrointestinal tract, regardless of diarrhea or constipation. The pharmacological action is different from the gastrointestinal motility regulator of anticholinergic drugs and antidopamine drugs. The overall improvement rate of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, nausea, and belching was 64.1%. The overall improvement rate of irritable bowel syndrome with abnormal bowel and digestive system symptoms was 56.5%. For vomiting induced by copper sulfate, this product can significantly prolong the time required to induce vomiting after intravenous injection of 3mg/k Chemicalbookg or oral 60mg/kg. Absorption and blood concentration In a healthy adult man, 30 minutes after oral administration of 100 mg trimebutine maleate, the blood concentration reached the highest value of 32.5-42.3 mg/ml, and t1/2 was 2 hours. After oral administration of this product in adults, it is hydrolyzed and demethylated at the N position to form a conjugate, which is excreted in urine. The excretion rate of unchanged substances in urine within 24 hours is below 0.01%.
