*Operating Principle: The butterfly valve can be operated automatically through an actuator or manually with a handle. The handle blocks the valve in the "open" or "closed" position, although there are also other models with intermediate positions. The actuator transforms the axial movement of the piston into a 90º rotary movement which it transmits to the disc.

1.   Are you a trader or manufactor?  
      We are a manufactor

2.   Can your products reach to FDA , CE and 3A requirements? 
      Yes, all of our material can reach to the requirements of FDA, CE and 3A

3.   How can you ensure the quality?
      We always take the Quality as the most important point during our business. So we have a formal regulation to control the quality, the procedure will be: A. The raw materials will be 100% inspected. we will ruturn to the supplier for any of poor raw materials. B. during production, different materials will be charged by different person to avoid any mixing. C. After production, we always inspect 50% for each lot. If there is any problem in the 50%, then we will go back to inspect 100%.  of course, if our customer have the special requirement to inspect 100%. We can do that as well.

4.   Can you supply the 3.1 Quality Certificate (including the chemical composition analysis resuls)?
      Yes, we inspect chemical composition for every lot of our material ,  and supply the record to issue the 3.1 Quality Certificate. If necessary, we can send the 3.1 Quality Certificate together with the shipping documents.

5.  How do you solve the quality Complaint, if any?
We are prety proud that we never let any customer leave us bcz the quality.   We'll do our best to supply the correct products, so we receive little quality complaint during our 15 years business.  If it is happend, we'll be responsible for it from the begining to the end.

6.   How long would be the delivery time? 
Regarding the common products, 8-10 days will be enough; for bulk order, 15-25days is required.  It depends the order quantity
