Box-type substation, also known as pre-installed substation. It is a combination of high-voltage
switch gear, distribution transformer and low-voltage power distribution device.

It is an indoor and outdoor compact power distribution equipment prefabricated in the
factory,which is integrated according to a certain wiring scheme. It combines the functions of
transformer step-down and low-voltage power distribution organically. 

This power substation package is installed in a steel structure box that is moisture-proof,
rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, fire-proof, anti-theft, heat-insulated, fully enclosed and
movable.It is especially suitable for urban network construction and renovation.

Application
It is a new type substation to replace the civil construction substation. The box-type substation
is suitable for mines, factories, oil and gas fields and wind power stations. It replaces the
original civil power distribution room and substation and becomes a new type of transformer
distribution equipment.

Box-type substation is also suitable for residential quarters, urban public, bustling downtown,
construction power supply, etc.Users can choose box-type substation according to different usage
conditions and load levels.

Main features 

-Including independent high voltage room, transformer room and the low pressure room;

High voltage wiring can be used for ring network, terminal and dual power supply, flexible power
supply, high reliability;

-Transformer can be used dry type or oil immersed type transformer, transformer performance is
excellent: low consumption loss, low noise, low temperature rising, high overload capacity,
anti-short circuit ability, strong impact resistance;

-The low pressure room has the overall function of the complete set of low voltage  equipments.

MV Switchgear

MV secondary switchgear including incoming feeder, outgoing feeder and transformer feeder
The MV can be SF6 gas insulated type Ring main unit  or  air insulated switchgear
In some cases - there is no MV switchgear, the MV cable is mounted directly on the transformer

Transformer

Oil immersed hermetically sealed or Dry type transformers can be installed
Transformer bushings can be located on top or side of transformer as per customer needs
Wide range of transformer capacities up to 3500 kVA
SafePack is designed to allow simple and easy transformer installation on site or integrated into
the package in the factory

LV Switchboard

Incoming feeder options can be direct connected, circuit breakers, fused disconnectors or Load
Break Switches.
The LV busbar rating depends on the transformer rating.
Various number and ratings of outgoing feeders depending on transformer size and customer needs

3. After sale service
a.All parts are under Two Years Warranty with defects from manufacturer. All spare parts and component can be offered for free from the original manufacturer or HFY.
b. Training
We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Qingdao, China. The total training period would be 2 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser's expense.
c. Technical Documents:
Original operation and service manuals, the service manual is completed with wiring diagram, block diagram and trouble shooting information.
d. Installation
Usually, clients can do the installation and operation by themselves when following the detailed English user manual. If clients want our technician do this work, please read the following terms:
The initial installation is not included with the professional HFY team member. All installation with the Hengfengyou team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While Hengfengyou team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for the Hengfengyou team required, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses; local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily meals

A5: Within one year from the sale date, if there are any accessory problems, you just provide the photos of damaged accessory, then we will provide free accessory. According to the number of products, we will provide easily damaged accessories for free. We also can provide technical support if you need.
