It is an ideal cap assembly machine for fpli top caps, which applicable for oil cap factories, packaging factories, food products factories and daily chemical factories.
Details of Machine
1. Features:
FRTB-ZH1 Cap assembly machine is specially designed and manufacture Combined with advanced technology from the abroad same products, and Owns several patent technology. Control system adopts Siemens programmer, Liquid crystal display all kinds of state and parameter display clear. The equipment structure profile is reasonable, easy to operate. This machine has the following features:
1. Cap assembly machine for combining 2 parts push pull cap, it is widely used in cap factories, packaging factories, food products factories and pharmaceutical factories
2. The entire machine adopts PLC control. The electrical control system adopts variable frequency control techniques, so it features random setting, wide applicable scope, simple operation, stable running, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance and strong durability.
3. Adopts two sets of vibratory disk feeder to sort massy cap parts in order.
4. Adopts one set of linear vibrator to deliver ready top caps sorted by vibrator disc to main machine for assembly.
5. Main machine drive system adopts mechanical transmission, which contributes to stable and reliable operation of the machine. It is applicable for caps of various specifications.
6. Cap is no damages during the assembly processes in the machine, any wearing, scratches, pressing marks, greasy dirt or deformed caused by machine are deemed to be unqualified.
7. Unassembled cap part are rejected automatically to guarantee the certified rate.
8. End product unloading and counting the quantity. You can preset the quantity of one batch, when the counting number reaches the setting number, the machine can stop running automatically. The quantity may reset as well.
9. Control system uses touche screen, the flow and the fault automatic demonstration, the operation is easy.
10. There is a cap shortage stop function, when vibrator disc out of caps and no cap feed to main machine, the main machine will stop running automatically; and when cap refeed, the machine will restart automatically.
11. This machine is specially suitable for the occasion which has strict and severe sanitary requirements. It can avoid secondary pollution on the materials, and it can omit the sterilizing technics.
