DMCC3 is mainly for curtain walls, aluminum profiles drilling milling, tapping processing and so on.
Main Feature:
1,Body-integral achieves better heat treatment and stiffness.
2,Body-integral together with electric cabinet makes transportation, installation, and operation easier and higher stability.
3. Sweep collector in the drawing at the bottom makes it easier for cleaning up.
4. Double working section achieves higher efficiency and the working station can be customized as clients require.
5. Max.speed of X axis, Y axis, and Z axis can be up to 80m/min, 60m/min, and 60m/min, which achieves highest speed and efficiency among similar machines.
6. Pneumatic clamp circuit adopts original imported flexible pipe which enlarges the horizontal scope, suitable for processing a variety of profiles.
7. Point control clamp brake can make sure the operator of the fixture easier to move and position.
8. Cable tanks chain, each axis rails and drive rack, screw with full protective structure, effectively prevent debris from entering the process, improve the life of the drive components greatly.
9. Automatic oil feeding system for maintenance.
10. USA Sagely lubrication system adopts microscale vegetable lubrication oil which is non-toxic and pollution-free improves life of tools.
11. Taiwan CELLS spindle, rotary speed can be up to 12000RPM.
12. Taiwan tool magazine, equipped with 16 tool station, adjacent ATC speed 2.5 seconds.
13. Rigid tapping makes higher process speed and accuracy.
14. Low-speed servo spindle motor maximum output 23.9Nm, speed up to 11000rpm,, fully meet the heavy machining of steel and copper, aluminum processing materials.
15. Disk type facing cutter makes higher surface process efficiency.
16. We adopt Germany PA CNC control system with standard auxiliary hole database.The operator can directly choose holes and input coordinates for the process. Regarding to non-standard holes, the operator can program with CADCAM with high practicability.
17. no calibration needed when tool changing,operator can input tool length in CADCAM for program and process. this function achieves easier operation and higher efficiency.
18. automatic sweep remove device optional.
19. bar-code scanner optional. This device can scan label marked on the profile, together with CIMS system, saves labor, less mistake and higher efficiency.
