2. Where is your factory ?
--Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city, the CTP center of China, which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai. You are warmly welcomed to visit our factory!
3. What is your warranty for the CTPs ?
--Three years warranty for laser head and main spare parts. One year for the processor.
4. What is the Lead Time?
--Usually 30 business days. We will try our best to meet your demands.
5. Can you also supply the Workflow and RIP?
--Yes, we can provide the Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V9, or the latest versions. 
6. What about the Installation and post-sales technician support?
--We will send an engineer for  installation and training on-site. This service is complimentary. 
   For any issues or problems during usage, we will be at your disposal 24/7. If on-site support is required, cutomer should take reponsibility of round airplane ticket, service charge and local accomodation cost.
