Intended use
This kit is suitable for extracting high-purity viral nucleic acid (RNA) from human nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum, bronchial lavage fluid, alveolar lavage fluid and other samples. The obtained nucleic acid can be directly used for downstream related experiments such as reverse transcription, PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, RT-PCR, next-generation sequencing, and biochip analysis.

Technological Principle

This kit uses uniquely embedded superparamagnetic silicon-based magnetic beads. In a unique buffer system, nucleic acids are adsorbed through hydrogen bonds and static electricity, without adsorbing proteins and other impurities. The magnetic beads with adsorbed nucleic acid are washed to remove the remaining protein and salt. When using a low-salt buffer, the magnetic beads release nucleic acids, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids. The entire operation process is simple, fast, safe and efficient. The extracted viral nucleic acid has high yield, high purity, stable and reliable quality, and is suitable for automatic extraction of high-throughput workstations.

4. The samples to be tested involved in this kit should be regarded as infectious substances, and the operation and handling must comply with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Health's "General Guidelines for Biosafety of Microbial Biomedical Laboratories" and "Regulations on Medical Waste Management".
5. The solution contains guanidine salt protein denaturant, which is corrosive. Please handle it carefully. If it splashes on your skin accidentally, please rinse with plenty of water.
