LGJ-100F Vacuum Freeze Dryer (standard type)
LGJ100F freeze dryer is suitable for a small amount production or pilot scale test. This series is one of our patent products.
For this series, prefreezing and drying process are completed on shelf. It changes traditional complicated operation and prevent product from pollution.
Widely used in medicine, pharmaceutical, biological research, chemical and food and other fields. The freeze-dried items are easy to be stored for a long time, and can be restored to the pre-lyophilized state after adding water and maintain the original biochemical characteristics.
Suitable for bulk (liquid, paste, solid) freeze-dried conventional materials.

1.PID control, freeze-drying curve is programmable,big touch screen LCD display drying curves
2.With organic glass observation window, the whole process is easy to see
3.The temperature error of shelf is less than or equal to 1ºC
4.Silicon oil fills hollow shelves, with most uniform shelf temperature, with consistent and repeatable drying effect
5.Condenser separated from drying chamber ,better water capture capability and shorter drying time
6.32 groups programme can be stored, each programme can be set up 36 segments
7.Internal surface of rectangular chamber and product trays are constructed of stainless steel
8.Air-let-in valve with nitrogen is available
9.Eutectic point test device is optional
10.PC software is optional to achieve remote control
