    HM-ZD350K Automatic Rigid Box Machine is for making premium boxes of regular size, which is digital setting with memory system. It is suitable for mass production of various box types, such as high-end jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, etc. the biggest box can reach 350mm in length and 250mm in width. The range of boxes is larger and can meet the needs of the modern packaging market. The appearance of the whole machine have been compeletely redesigned to be safer and more beautiful.

This machine adopts PLC and man-machine control system and camera tracing system to feed paper, gluing feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, lift box, fold corner edges and wrap box automatically.

The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servos, the machine continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and highly efficiency. The corner unit can be attached to the tape of different lengths according to the need; The spotting unit adopts camera tracing system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotter accuracy to ± 0.05mm, The forming unit adopts Japan THK linear slider and virtual electronic cam driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement and enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
