This product cannot be used in high temperature environment (such as jungle fire, wilderness fire and forest fire).
Safety use
1. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using protective clothing, and our company will not be responsible for the consequences caused by not following the instruction manual.
2. Fire fighting and rescue operations are highly dangerous jobs, and personnel without professional training are prohibited from using protective clothing to enter the fire area without authorization.
3. Before using protective clothing, it is necessary to carefully check whether there are cracks and wear marks on the clothing surface. If any damage is found, it should be stopped immediately and replaced with intact protective clothing.
4. The user should choose protective clothing of appropriate size. When wearing it, the jacket and trousers must be used together. At the same time, all parts of the fire fighting protective clothing, such as buckles, buttons, zippers, collars, etc., must be fastened. It should be used in conjunction with firemen's personal protective equipment such as helmets, masks, gloves and boots, so as to protect firemen's body more comprehensively.
Pay attention1. Try to avoid direct contact between protective clothing and flame, molten metal and sharp objects.
2. It is forbidden to use protective clothing in high temperature, chemical, radiation and electric fields.
3. If the original structure of protective clothing has been damaged due to wear, tear or chemical erosion, it should be discarded. Unless the company's special fabrics and special high-temperature resistant sewing threads are used for repair, it is strictly prohibited to use other fabrics that have not been tested for fireproof performance without authorization, so as not to affect the overall flame retardant performance of clothing and possibly cause accidents during operation.
Maintenance1. Firefighters should regularly check the protective clothing they wear, and clean it in time when there are stains. Wash with water or professional washing machine to avoid dry cleaning. The water temperature should be 35-48ºC, and neutral detergent should be added to avoid bleach and softener.
2. If the protective clothing is contaminated with serious stains such as oil stain and blood stain, it should be smeared with multiple amounts of detergent in advance, rubbed by hand or lightly brushed with a brush and rinsed with clear water before washing. Please disinfect with disinfectant after removing blood stains.
3. Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight or fluorescent lamps when the protective clothing is dried to prevent ultraviolet rays from damaging the protective performance. If drying is adopted, the temperature during drying should not exceed 60ºC, so as to prevent the micropores in the breathable layer from blocking and affecting the breathable effect of clothing.
4. Protective clothing should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. In addition, it must be washed and dried before storage to ensure that this garment is clean and tidy before storage.
5. When the protective clothing needs to be stored in a whole case, the cartons should be placed on wooden boards or shelves to prevent the clothing from getting damp. If it is stored for a long time, it should be taken out and dried regularly to prevent clothes from getting damp, mildew, insects and bacteria.
