Single Hardness Extrusions

Single hardness profiles are manufactured from a single material and can be flexible, rigid or rubber, which includes sponge based products.

Silicone Rubber Sealing Strip

3. It can be used at -50ºC~200 ºC.

TPV Thermoplastic Sealing Strip

3. It can be thermally welded and used at -40ºC~120ºC.

Co-Extrusion

Co-extrusion combines two different materials or colours into one single profile. Special twin head extruders and purpose made dies are used for this process. Usual materials are TPV-TPV, Sponge-Solid EPDM.

Triplex Extrusion

Triplex extrusion involves the extrusion of three different materials into one single profile. This involves highly complex machines and dies.

EPDM Sponge strip

EPDM Sponge Strip EPDM sponge (Ethylene Diene Monomer) is a closed cell sponge material that is ideally suited for use in outdoor and automotive applications. The main properties of EPDM sponge are its excellent resistance to ozone, UV and weathering, as well as its general resistance to abrasion.

Multi-cut strip

This kind of strip meets the demand of any angle installation, like the right angle.

Corner

The materials of making corner are EPDM, PVC, TPV, etc, and the profile matches up with the strip around the window.

(2)Provide the choice of proper material according customers' request, provide the pollution and compatibility
test between the customer's profiles and different materials of rubber strip

Installation Notice
Aluminum window rubber seal

(1) Before installation, compatibility test between rubber strip and coating profile is required

(2) Before installation, strips should be unpacked and put in room temperature over 24 hours

(3)Clean the parts where need installed rubber strip

(4)Some tooling and fixtures are required during installation, e.g.: rolling wheel, 90 degree angle knife, emollient
may require to speed up the installation, e.g.: Silicon oil, lye

(5)Don't pull strip to fit the profile, keep strip1~1.5% longer than structural material to prevent shrink in cold weather

(6)When meet corner, 45 degree cut off instead of completely cut off, and use proper adhesive or thermal welding for bonding.

Colors
White, black ,grey or other colors are available for TPV and Silicone strips.

Storage
No more than 12 months storing in dry and cool place.
