Q1:I want to have a trial order. What's your MOQ?
A:One 40HQ container is available for mix 3~4 different items.
Q2:What's your lead time?
A:Normally will be 40-60days, depends on order details.
Q3:What's your payment term? 
A:T/T: 30% deposit in advance to confirm order and 70% balance at presentation of B/L copy or Irrevocable L/C at sight. 
Q4What material of your outdoor furniture? 
A:1) PE rattan furniture- Aluminum frame with powder coated, weaving various UV-resistant PE wicker.
2) Fully Aluminum furniture- Aluminum frame with powder coated, it is good to use for beach area.
3) Upholstered furniture: Aluminum frame with quick dry foam covered water resistant fabric.
4) Rope furniture: Aluminum frame with powder coated, weaving various rope or belt.
5) Textilene furniture: Aluminum frame with powder coated , assembly textilene mesh fabric on seater and backrest.

Application: Garden, patio, beach, resort, restaurant, hotel, bar, outdoor public area and other leisure places. 
Q5:What's your packing method? 
A:1). Packing materials: Bubble wrap, stretch wrap, corrugated paper, carton.
2). The blank space can be filled with hardboard to protect it in transportation.
3). Your packing requirement also welcomed. 
Q6:How to control your quality? 
A:In order to ensure the quality of our products and protect the vital interests of customers, we  have built a professional technical team for quality control and innovation development. With the powerful management and QA & QC team.
Every department have QA & QC, and packing department must check the QC hang tag, will never pack without that QC hang tag. QC team must check the goods one by one(online full inspection management and hang a tag to the passed goods, mark and return the defective goods.
