Wallong decking is made of a combination (or 'composite') of both natural wood fiber and HDPE resin materials. So far, there are more than 6 different collections of decking Wallong self-develop develops. All of WALLONG'S wood-plastic composite deck boards offers a composite decking solution that is durable, low maintenance,rot resistance, and safe, specifically designed to cope superbly in outdoor spaces.

Wallong Conventional wood collection,also called as the 1st generation WPC , is already widely known in market. It has became the most economic WPC wood now, however, the low price should not be its only attractive points, Wallong WPC balances its good quality and competitive price, we have more strict standard to quality material , the price seems a little higher than other factories but the quality is totally guaranteed.

Besides, Wallong Conventional Decking has an appearance almost identical to wood but with a modern twist. The decking has a subtle yet effective cross cut pattern which gives them a natural wooden appearance.  It is durable, non slip and virtually maintenance free.

Q1: DOES WALLONG WPC WORK LIKE WOOD?
Yes! You can cut, nail, drill, screw and rout with standard woodworking tools. The density of Wallong WPC is greater than wood.

Q2:HOW MANY YEARS IS THE WPC WARRANTY THAT WALLONG OFFERS?
The warranty for Superior wood co-extrusion decking, it is guranteed 20 years for residenctial, 10 years for commercial.
For  our conventional decking is 10 years for residential, 5 years for commercial.
For Superior wood co-extrusion ;wall cladding, it is 15 years.

Q3:COMPARING WITH WOOD, WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGES OF WPC PRODUCTS?
WPC products are environmental friendly and 100% recyclable. WPC products are anti-UV, waterproof, moisture-proof, mothproof and anti-mildew, fire resistance. WPC products has no maintenance cost, they are no need for painting and other special maintenance.

Q4:WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
The production lead time is 20-25 days for a 20ft container. Production lead time is based on order quantity and our current production schedule.

Q5:WHAT COLOURS CAN CHOOSE FOR WPC PRODUCTS ?
Wallong WPC provides 6 standard colors for customer selection. You can choose any of our color you like from color cards. Or we can customize your own color base on 2 20ft containers.

Q6:DOES WPC FADE?
All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with a approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay in a stable level through the lifetime of the product.

Q7:HOW TO STORE WPC PRODUCTS?
WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.
