Yes , of course .We provide OEM/ODM service .You can put your logo on our balloons and also we can manufacture clothes as per your design 

2. How shall we do if order Qty do not get to MOQ ?
1)We Can combine order to produce together.

3)We may increase FOB price base on small Qty

3.Do you provide sample ? Is it free or extra ?
Yes ,you should pay us sample fee, but we can return sample fee once your order more than $1500.

The lead time is 5~25 days in off season while 10~60 days in peak season .
