PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Pharmacodynamics Fenbendazole is a benzimidazole antihelminthic drug. Its mechanism of action is to combine with the microtubule protein of nematodes to play an anthelmintic effect. The anti-insect spectrum is not as broad as albendazole, and its effect is slightly stronger. It is highly effective against horse para roundworms, adult and larvae of A. equinox, Pr. viviparous, common round nematodes, round round nematodes, round round nematodes, and small round nematodes.
It is highly effective against Haemonchus, Oersted nematodes, Trichostrongylus, Osster nematodes, Nematodes, Cooper nematodes, esophagus nematodes, Dictyostelia viviparous adults and larvae. It is very good for sheep's Haemonchus, Oersted nematode, Trichostrongylus, Cooper nematode, Nematodes, Nematodes, Chabert nematodes, Esophageal mouth nematodes, Trichodonta nematodes, and adults and larvae of Dictychus elegans. Pharmacokinetics After oral administration of fenbendazole, the absorption of ruminant animals is slow, and that of monogastric animals is slightly faster. It takes 24 hours for dogs to reach peak blood levels after oral administration, and 2 to 3 days for sheep. The absorbed fenbendazole is metabolized into sulfoxide (active oxfendazole) and sulfone. In cattle, sheep and pigs, 44%-50% of fenbendazole is excreted in feces in its original form, and less than 1% is excreted in urine. Dogs and cats

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For Oral administration:
One dose, per 10kg body weight, 0.5 to 0.75 tablets for horses, cattle, sheep, and pigs; 2.5 to 5 tablets for dogs and cats; 1 to 5 tablets for poultry.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Use according to the prescribed usage and dosage, generally will not produce adverse reactions. As dead parasites release antigens, allergic reactions can be secondary, especially at high doses. Occasionally vomiting occurs in dogs or cats when taken orally. There has been a report of various types of leukopenia in dogs after taking the medicine.

PRECAUTIONS:
