The KCB Series marine gear oil pump, horizontal rotary pump, are suitable for transferring various lubricating fluids such as crude oil, heavy oil and industrial light oil, etc. The temperature of the oil can not be over 60ºC and the viscosity of the oil can not be greater than 10°E. It is not adoptable, however, for the gear oil pump to convey those fluid medium with too much sulfur, hard grain impurities and corrosive substance as well as those medium of high volatility and low flashing point, such as gasoline, benzene, etc.It can give performance as transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery system. It can be also applied as a fuel pump for delivery system, pressurization and injection in fuel supply system and in all industry fields as lubricating pump.

Being long coupled, these KCB helical gear pumps are easier to maintain as you can get to the pump head without removing the motor first, and are also more durable for continuous use as it has additional bearings in the pump head to share the strain of operation.
