Description
The SPGW profile is a high-performing, double acting compact piston seal composed of a dynamic bronze-filled PTFE friction ring, profiled pre-tightened NBR ring and two POM back-up rings. It is characteristic of excellent performances against leakage, extrusion and friction. SPGW combined sealing ring is especially applicable for long journey. When used for the wide range of fluids and at high temperature, it is applicable for wider spacing of piston. By superposing, SPGW combined sealing ring forms a compact structure and excellent performance, which is installed a single piston groove. Its geometry endows it with overall stability, abrasion resistance, tightness, low friction and long life without maintenance. Because initial shrink range is set, the sealing ring has a good sealing performance under low pressure. When the pressure is raised, the sealing performance keeps still good because the elastomer stresses on the combined sealing ring, thus converting axial force from the system pressure to the radial extrusion. It is applicable for the overloading nylon shield ring. It is designed specially to protect sealing ring from the damage of extrusion, meeting the requirements of all kinds of hydro-cylinder.
