PQ16 Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR System
A simple, compact and convenient helper
PQ16 is designed with 16 well position, which can be compatible with the general 0.2ml
quantitative PCR transparent reaction tube and the transparent 8-strip reaction tube.
The temperature uniformity between wells can be guaranteed (± 0.2 ºC) by cooperating
with the auxiliary heating plate.

As an important technology in scientific research and molecular diagnosis, real-time fluorescent
quantitative PCR has become more and more widely used. In order to meet the needs of on-site
rapid detection and small-throughput scientific research and teaching, BayBio developed an
ultrafast portable fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument BayBio-PQ16. It adopts innovative liquid
irculation refrigeration combined with Peltier temperature control technology, easy-to-operate
software, and a lightweight compact body, which can quickly and accurately complete
quantitative PCR related applications regardless of site constraints.

BayBio produce a wide range of extraction kits with different reagent specifications and
packaging under control of ISO 13485 to match with the instrument, which can meet
the extraction needs of different sample types.
The automated nucleic acid extractors with different throughput independently developed
and produced by BayBio, including magnetic rod method and pipetting method, and
customized instruments, can meet the nucleic acid extraction needs of various laboratories.
Those instruments can be widely used in disease control center, clinical disease diagnosis,
blood transfusion safety, forensic identification, environmental microbiological testing, food
