Product Desciption
Brief Introduction:
This machine is applied for thick PE tube film.
It is equipped with automatic tension controller & EPC for unwind and rewind, and the tube film will be get embossed after traction by upper roller & inflation by air. Side gusset will be done after embossing, then the process is finished by rewind at the end.
The final product: inner embossing and side gusset
The whole machine adopt 3pcs servo motor (Yaskawa Japan)driven.
With PLC (Panasonic Japan) and Touch screen (Wenview Taiwan) system.

Note:As we know,there are two type F.F.S film processing.One is start from tube film,the CW-800HCS is start from single web film.
