This mobile ship loader is a machine on a single chassis with tire wheels and a loading belt
conveyor supported by a lifting boom. It receives bulk material from tipping trucks or loading
shovels by one or two feeders; for discharging a complete range of trimming and powered
maneuvering systems is available.
The ship loader will be capable of loading ships at a design rate of 2,500 tons/hr. continuously,
based on a commodity having a bulk density of 2.4 tons/m3. The belt of conveyor is 1,400mm
in width with a 35deg trough angle and belt speeds variable to 3.2m/s.
