This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as bits of wood, rice shell or peanuts shell, etc. The raw material(12% Water proportion) dried by the dryer(12% humidity)will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature. The raw materail size should be 3-5mm, and the moisture should be 8-10%.
This machine adopts temperature adjusting indicator, it can work steadily at the fixed temperature and has the feature of rational structure, being easy to operate and maintain. The solid fuel produced by this machine has the feature of being easy to light, and having high calorific value (over 20% higher than normal wood), little pollution when burning and high density which is favorable to transportation. This machine can make full use of the remainder of farm and forest.
 

Motor: The motor drives the v-belt, and the v-blet drives the screw, and the screw extrudes the final product out.
Cabinet Panel: The begin and the stop button are on the panel. It can turn on/ off the machine.
Charging Hopper: The feeding inlet for the raw material.
Mould: Mould in sawdust briquette machine is used for different shape according to your need.
Heating Ring:To help the final briquettes shaped by high temperature.
Outlet: The final product will come out form the outlet.
