Xenon lamp weathering test chamber simulates that the main factors causing material aging are sunlight and humidity. The climate resistance test machine can simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew.

 Basic principle:

Xenon lamp weathering test chamber uses xenon lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rain and dew. The tested materials are placed in the alternating cycle of light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. The hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years can be reproduced in a few days or weeks.  Air duct system:

In order to ensure high uniformity index, the test chamber is equipped with internal circulating air supply system; Heater, refrigeration evaporator, fan blade and other devices are distributed in the air duct interlayer at one end of the working room; The fan is used to circulate the air in the box. When the fan rotates at high speed, the air in the working room is sucked into the air duct from the lower part, blown out from the upper part of the air duct after heating and cooling, and the air after heat exchange with the test object in the working room is sucked into the air duct for repeated circulation, so as to meet the temperature setting requirements.

Xenon lamp aging test chamber adopts xenon arc lamp which can simulate the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce the destructive light waves in different environments, which can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated test basis for scientific research, electronic product development and quality control. It can be used for the selection of new materials, the change of existing materials or the change test to evaluate the durability after the change of material composition. It can well simulate the changes of materials exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions. Instructions for use of lamp tube:

Xenon lamp tube can well simulate the full sunlight spectrum of sunlight, but the spectrum emitted by xenon lamp tube will be partially distorted in the ultraviolet part. In order to get closer to the actual effect of nature, xenon lamp tube usually needs to be equipped with glass filter (such as sunlight filter, window glass filter, QB filter) to obtain the corresponding aging effect;
