ZK-5540C  full automatic box machine is mainly applicable to such packing materials like B, E, F corrugated paper, 12-20PT ivory board and 250g-645g grey board, such as medium-grade paper box for shoes, food, toys, and daily necessities).



Characteristic:

(1) Automatic paper feeding Unit:Newly developed feeder enables high-speed separation and conveying of corrugated paper and paper board.






(2) Folding device:High speed conveying, perfect glue applying and folding system.






(3) Automatic glue spraying system:High speed paper feeding and automatic precise glue spraying.







(4) Automatic forming unit: its structure is simple, four angles are folded during high speed operation.










(5) With application of PLC programmable controller, encoder, photoelectric switch, gas detection system, touch screen man-machine interface operation, the implementation of the rigid box forming process is fully automatic.
(6) Automatic fault diagnosis. 
(7) Infrared safety protection system, to ensure safe operation.
(8) Adjusting device to make sure of the efficiency of changing mold.
