Q1: Do you provide OEM or ODM customized service?
A: Yes, we provide OEM and ODM service. We are sure to be your unique and reliable partner of ODM/OEM business.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: Normally, 500pcs/item. If with neutral package, we also warmly welcome any trial order quantity less than our MOQ. If you have a trial order also welcome to tell me.
Q3: Are there samples available before orders?
A: Yes, of course. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future. You just need to tell me consignee's contact information and courier account Number. If you don't have a courier account, we 'll calculate for you, freight prepaid.
Q4: Can we use our own designed package?
A: Yes, size, color, logo and packaging style of product are customized. But MOQ 1000pcs.
Q5: When's your delivery time?
A: Generally, 5-7 working days for samples, within 30-40 days for mass production.
Q6: How can we pay?
A: T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc. are acceptable.
