10 slot stainless steel screens made of wedge shaped wires in looped type.
And usually used for process of filtration, dewatering.
The screening area is formed of individual wedge wires or v wire with loop meshes on reinforcing bars which are either screwed or riveted/welded onto the side rods or supporting frame. The supporting frame may be welded along the perimeter of the loop screen and inserted into the separator in this way. The screening system is mainly designed for dewatering and purging of sand, coal and other moist materials. The structure of the sieve is very solid, the sieve is resistant to large loads and can be partially disassembled.
Slot size: from 0.05 to approx. 10 mm.
The section of the wedge-shaped wire is selected according to the type and abrasiveness of the screened material.
