The raw material is the main factor of papermaking,and the finished paper quality is depends on raw materails.The following materails are all can be used,and the waste paper and virgin pulpboard are widely used.

For our kraft paper making machine,the final paper product is jumbo roll kraft paper(corrugated paper,fluting paper,test liner paper,duplex paper etc),the paper weight can be made 60-350GSM,jumbo roll width can be made 1200mm-4600mm(also can be customized),the paper color can be different,it is the mother paper roll  for different finished kraft paper product,such paper carton box,cement bag,kinds of packing bags and so on.

PART  1. PULP MAKING EQUIPMENTS

The pulp making equipments configuration is up to the raw materails type,so the raw materails you want plz let me know early,in normal condition,the waste paper as raw materails to produce kraft paper,if you want other raw materails,plz noted that at the firstly.  

PART  2. PAPER MAKING MACHINE PART

For paper making machine part,there are two types,one type is cylinder wire,it is normal widely used in small medium capacity kraft paper machine line.The other one type is fourdrinier type,it is used in big capacity kraft paper machine line.  

PART 3.  BOILER PART

The boiler can produce hot steam,then paper is to be dried by hot steam.There are 3 types boiler,you can choose one type depends on your local condition.The bigger machine capacity,the bigger the boiler capacity.
