CYZ Series Self Priming Centrifugal Oil Pump
Purpose and Characteristics
CYZ type self-priming centrifugal oil pump is a new product jointly developed by Zhejiang mechanical and electrical design and Research Institute and Zhejiang Yiwu oil pump factory. This type of oil pump can be used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products, and the medium temperature can be between 20ºCand 80ºC. It is an excellent marine cargo oil pump, and is suitable for oil transportation of land oil depot, oil tank truck, etc., as well as sea water, fresh water, etc. If chemical liquid is transported, corrosion-resistant mechanical seal can be used.
1.This type of pump has the following characteristics:
(1). This type of oil pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, large displacement, high efficiency, easy to adjust the scope of use, and strong self-priming capacity. The bottom valve is not needed in the pipeline, so it is only necessary to ensure that there is a certain amount of oil in the pump body before operation. When used on oil tanker or watercraft, it can also be used as a sweeping pump with good sweeping effect.
(2). The seal of this type of oil pump adopts mechanical seal, and the leakage is less than 3ml / h. Starting from anti-corrosion and explosion-proof, the materials of pump parts are carefully selected. The use of the pump is safe and reliable, and improves the working conditions.
