Brief of COLO powder coating oven:

Powder Coating Ovens supplied by COLO are used for curing powder on metal substrates, such as aluminum extrusions, sheet metal and various metal geometric shapes. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins tomelt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.

The manual powder coating line is work like this: Handle the work piece on spray booth ---> coating----->put it on a trolley---->after the trolley is full, push it into the oven for curing---->cool down
