The series of devices vacuum chamber diameters 1800~ 2300mm and height 3600~ 4400mm, can be a plated 1220*4000mm board 3 pieces.with three sets of large power vacuum pumping unit, pumping fast ,short work cycle ,with Roundness electic arc-shaped 34~56 target,reasonable distribution target site with pulsed bias system, film with good adhesion, color uniformity; manual or fully automatic control, reliable and operation, high finish product rate.Which can be coated with Imitation gold plated, black, rose gold, brown, bronze, blue and so on.
