1: Are we a manufacturer or Import & Export Company?

Answer: Manufacturer. 

2.What's the order procedure? 

Answer: First we will sent you the PI to confirm. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-30 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

3.What is the delivery time ?
Answer :30 days after we got 30% deposit.

4.What is the warranty ?
Answer : 2 years 

5.Do you have stock ?
Answer : we have a few inventory ,usually done base on orders. 

6:How do you check all the goods in the production line? 
Answer: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. 

We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.

7: Where are our main markets?
Answer: At present, we mainly focus on North America,South America, Europe,Australia and the Middle East, India, etc. 

8: How long will new items be launched?
Answer: By each season.
