According to collected the feedback from customer's long-term experiences,Zenith designed the MTW ore rod mill .It is a upgrade grinding mill of MTM trapezium grinder.This new generation milling machine adopts bevel gear overall drive, trapeziums working surface, inner automatic thin-oil lubricating system, arc air channel and several latest patent technology, which is designed to substitute for ball mill, Raymond mill, vertical mill etc.

The final product's fineness of  ore rod mill can reach 38micron (400mesh).To facilitate the use of ore rod mill ,we equipped it with trapezium mill consists of jaw crusher, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, main unit, deceleration machine, blower, dustpan elevator, impulse dust cleaner, piping device, cyclone collector device, classifier, high-pressure motor and muffler and so on.

Rod mill working priciple:
The entire air system of ore rod mill is a closed loop and is circulating under negative pressure condition.Big block material after broken to required size by the jaw crusher,will be sent to the storage hopper by the elevator.The material will be uniform quantitative continuously feed into the indoor host grinding of grinding by the vibrating feeder.

The powder have been grinded being taken away by fan.By the classification of the classifier,the powder which meet the fineness requirements will be collected by the separation collection via the pipeline into the whirlwind set powder.then through the powder tube eduction is the finished product powder.
