Machine frame structure and main characters:1).Solid square steel frame: Panel 30mm thick , solid cage use 60 * 60mm square steel, the base use 120mm × 120mm square tube, back transmission gearbox are widened for easy repair. Bottom panel 18mm thick. The main frame panel adopts six-sided high-precision plane grinding and module design to ensure the stability of high-speed operation.

Driving system:1)Multiple sets of servo motor control blades and feeding of raw materials,and main shaft driven other moving parts. The main raw material unwinding is driven by frequency control to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine under high-speed operation, and can realize the replacement between different numbers without replacing the transmission parts. Direct setting on the PLC for easy operation and maintenance.
