1,Product introduction:
There are four main product series:
(1).GL General Series :

Polyester ultra short fiber is selected and manufactured by wet process. The product has the characteristics of high stiffness, high air permeability and light weight. It is a high-quality material for filtering composite bottom cloth.

(2).GA Encryption Series:
On the basis of GL Series, the product does not damage the high permeability and high stiffness characteristics of the product. The ultra-fine fiber is added to make the product pore diameter smaller and the cloth surface uniformity higher, which can be directly used for folding. It is mainly used for primary filtration and is generally used as the support material for the composite process of activated carbon cloth or rubber powder to prevent the leakage of activated carbon particles effectively.

(3).GT series anion skeleton non-woven fabric
The imported polyester ultra short fiber is selected and manufactured by wet process. In the later stage, nano technology materials are added through special processing process. Polyester ultra short fiber and imported inorganic fiber are selected according to a certain proportion formula. At the same time, the original GL Series products are improved from the process to give the products higher stiffness.Under the same use requirements, it can reduce the weight and the use cost of materials.It also improve the air permeability.

2.Features of skeleton non-woven fabric:
  1. High air permeability and ultra-low resistance: it is proved that the filtration efficiency of the composite product is increased by 10% and the resistance is decreased by 20% as a whole through the test after compounding with solution spray PP, so that the purification equipment can achieve the purpose of energy saving.
  2. Good stiffness: this performance determines that the product is highly resistant to wind pressure after being pleated.It will not deform even the air volume is large.
  3. High tensile strength: the composite material has higher tensile fracture performance, tear resistance and bursting resistance than the woven skeleton material before compositing.So it can greatly improve the service life of the product.
  4. The process adopts environmental protection raw materials that passes the Roche 168 EU certification.It will never uses the amino binder containing formaldehyde, such as UF.It achieves environmental protection and non-toxic truly.It's harmless to human body.
