Product Description
The horizontal ribbon mixer is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency, high uniformity, high loading coefficient, low energy consumption, low pollution and low crushing.
This machine is composed of the container, screw stirring paddles and transitional parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers, the outer screw converge the material to the center from two sides, and the inner layer of screw conveys the material to the two sides from the center, so as to form convection mixing.
The cubage can be made into rotundity, so the jacket can be played in reaction and drying.
The machine is characterized by a big coefficient of loading, a small occupied area and difficulty to clean viscous material. So it is suitable for the mixing case, where the output is large and there is no need for displacing material variety frequently.
