1.Product introduction of bag hoist centrifuge:

PSD centrifuge is a kind of improved centrifuge base on SD series three feet up discharge centrifuge. 

All parts of PSD centrifuge machine is made of  stainless steel 304, food grade one.

2. Application scope

 It is applicable to the separation of suspension containing solid-phase granules with the diameter greater than 0.01mm.

And it is especially applicable to the filtering of toxic and flammable materials. It has found wide applications in such trades as chemical, pharmacy, food, light industry, etc.

For example: gypsum, thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt, sodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar-making, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicide, insecticide, the dehydration of such mineral fines as copper, zinc, aluminum, etc. 

3.Structure and Principle:

The drum runs with high-speed by motor, materials enter the drum from top feed pipe ,then run forward to the shell of the drum by centrifugal force, in this case liquor pass through the sieve pore and sieve pore of the shell, then be discharged. Then solid be hold in the drum. After the separation open the machine, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, and suspend the lip ring together with the filter bags containing cake to discharge. Loosen the grip, make sure the filter bag open, then the filter cake will automatic drop down.

4.Feature:

Suspension from the feed pipe into the drum, the solids in the centrifugal force field by the centrifugal force to accelerate the settlement of the drum wall, the settlement of particles in the screw conveyor blade, driven from the straight section of the settlement area hammer section through the drying area to solid-phase exit discharge; the clarified liquid overflow from the overflow hole. To achieve solid-liquid phase automatic, continuous separation.

Suitable for dewatering, concentration, grading to clarify the different occasions.
