Features&applications:
This two in one shredding machine consists of a single shaft shredder and a crusher. Adopted advanced technologies, this kind of machine can be used for shredding and crushing waste plastic and other thick material into very small size scraps. (less than 10mm)
 
The machine is controlled by PLC system, the blade in shredder can be rotated in opposite direction, and also will close automatically if something unexpected happen, with very high safety service.
 
The crusher has rotating blades and fixed blade, with powerful force to crush the object into very small size. There is mesh screen to control the scraps size

Suitable materials:Lumps, plastic film, rubber products, woven bag, fiber, paper, wood and some parts of electrical equipments, such as wasted junks in the die head, large plastic pipe, packing buckets and splints of the fork lift truck. The customer can choose the satisfied model according to the size of the waste products and the capacity you want to get.
 


Working flowchart:
1. Shred the big hard plastic waste into 40mm pieces,  
2. drop into crusher directly, crush the pieces into 10mm scraps.
