The Submerged Arc Furnace is mainly used for Producing ferroalloy (including ferrotungsten, high carbonferromanganese, high carbon silicon iron, high-carbon Cr, Nickel Iron Alloy) and Silicon, calcium carbide, corundum, Yellow Phosphorous, etc.
