1. QT4-25D is one of kind of automatic block machine, which is developed on the basis of small and medium model. The position-setting of the mold and the discharge head are more accurate. The down-mould adopts the vertical, directional vibrating device while the up-mold uses the pressure vibrating. So the blocks made by this machine are even, high in density and strengh. Also the automatic material distributing system greatly increase the productivity.

2. If needed, engineers can be dispatched to your site for machine installation, commissioning, training.

2. Buyer also responsible for round-tickets, visa cost, accommodation.

Warranty & Support

1. All machines will be covered with 18 months warranty from our factory.
2. Our factory will provide you with operation support for one to three months, and also train your people/ operators/ plant manager at our site before arrives your place.
3. One year common spare parts will be provided free of cost.
4. We maintain a good inventory of critical spares, you can get support of spares and service from China factory at any time.
5. Project execution like workshop preparation, early stage layout and site visit are available.
