XD Series Soap Stamper

Introduction

This machine is the downstream soap shape forming machine in the soap production line, which is redesigned and improved based on the original stamper. And the friction force of the new linear rails is just the 1/20 of the original case iron V shap rails. The transmission part has been enhanced to enforce the stamping. And the biggest toilet soap can be of 250g.

Working Principle
Connecting with soap plodder, the soap billet is conveyed through conveyor to stamper. After stamping, the soaps are collected by hand.
