Specifications: Manhole covers are manufactured for road construction, natural gas, water supply and drainage,
telecommunications. Manhole covers and gratings should be smooth, no blisters, holes, distortion or any other defects.
Size: 500mm*500mm, 600mm*600mm, 700mm*700mm, 800mm*800mm, 850mm*850mm and so on. Many size can be choose, or according to customer's drawing or requirements.
Material: Ductile Iron EN-GJS-500-7, or according to customers requirements.
Designs: According to customers' drawings or samples, we also can design the drawing according to clients requirements.
Standard: EN124 A15, B125, C250, D400, E600 and F900
Processes: Automatic production line and hand moulding, casting, polishing, painting.
Coating: Black bitumen Or Power Coating or as per customers' requirement
Inspection: We have professional QC quality control department, can make the load testing in our factory. Also can apply for third party inspection available upon requirements.
Quality Level: As per EN124 Standards and other international standards.
Application Field: Suitable for urban roads, township roads, indoor and outdoor sewers.
