Product Description:
Itraconazole is a new generation of highly effective broad-spectrum anti-fungal triazole that binds to fungal cytochrome P450 isoenzymes and inhibits ergosterol synthesis. The goods on the dermatophytes, Candida, Cryptococcus neoformans, Pityrosporum, Aspergillus, histoplasmosis, Paracoccidioides sporogenes, Spirulina conidia, colored fungi, Cladosporium , Dermatitis germs and other infections effective.

Function:
1) Itraconazole has a broader spectrum of activity than fluconazole (but not as broad as voriconazole or posaconazole). In particular, it is active against Aspergillus which fluconazole is not.
2) It is also prescribed for systemic infections, such as aspergillosis, candidiasis, and cryptococcosis
3) Itraconazole has also recently been explored as an anticancer agent for patients with basal cell carcinoma.
