Brief Introduction

Shale shaker is an ideal and effective solid control equipment for high-capacity treating in the heavy loading and tough drilling conditions , its easy to maintain, the single side screens tension system make it easy to change the screens. It is the first line of defense after the drilling fluids coming to the well surface from borehole, so normally it greatly effect the cost of drilling cost of one rig.  If using an unsuitable mesh of screens, or some broken on screens, big size of solids would go directly into the solids control system, which will lead un-normal working of the following solids control equipment, shorten the life time of the solids control system, and also increase the maintenance cost of the machines.
