Product Overview
QW (WQ), YW, LW, GW non clogging sewage pump is a newly developed submersible pump, based on the combination of the advanced technology from abroad and domestic pump features. This model is energy-saving, anti-winding, non-clogging, automatic installation and automatic control. This pump is excellent in transporting seage with solid-particles and long fibers.
This pump adopts special structure of the impellers and a new way of mechanical seals to make it more efficient in delivering sewage with solid particles and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impellers, the new ones (spiral-flow type or double-leaf type) have an excellent delivery capacity, which improves the performance of the pump. it runs more smoothly without any vibration.

Pump Details
1. The impeller take particular large channel structure, the drain be improved greatly, which effectively let the solid grains and long fiber pass.
2. The balanced rotor part and the proper bearing arrangement have effectively balanced the redial and axial load of the pump, so it ensures that the pump runs for a long life time and steadily with vibrations and low noises.
3. This pump take different installation ways depend on the cutomers' requirements: single pipe or double pipe
5. mechanical sea take the new materials, so its service life is over 8000 hours.
6. The pump can be equipped with a liquid-level automatic control panel

2. have the submersible electric pump submersige into water completely when it is at work and never let it out of water.
3. Reliablity ground the electric pump when it is at work and never let it any animals or persons close to the working water area or touch it.
4. never let it workout of the set range of head so as to prevent it from overloaded running.
5. Use a properly thicker cable when the power is far away to avoid a lower voltage
6. After the power is turned off, do not lift it up water untill the motor of it gets cooled so as to avoid explosion or other accidents
