What is Biodegradable materials?
Biodegradable materials are materials that degrade due to the action of microorganisms existing in nature, such as bacteria, molds (fungi) and algae. The ideal biodegradable material is a kind of macromolecular material with excellent service performance, which can be completely decomposed by environmental microorganisms after being discarded, and finally be inorganic and become a part of the carbon cycle in nature. What is PBS?
PBS full name is Polybutylene succinate, It is formed by polycondensation of succinic acid and butylene glycol, and belongs to aliphatic polyester biodegradable plastic.
PBS is white particles, odorless and tasteless. It is easily decomposed and metabolized by a variety of microorganisms in nature or enzymes in animals and plants, and finally decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. It is typically completely biodegradable polymer material. It has good biocompatibility and bioabsorbability; the density is 1.26g/cm3, the melting point is about 114ºC, and the crystallinity is between 30-45% depending on the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution.

Polybutylene succinate (PBS) is a thermoplastic resin with good processing properties. It can be molded on ordinary processing and molding equipment, and the processing temperature ranges from 140 to 260°C. The material must be dried before processing, and the moisture content must be below 0.02%.
Polybutylene succinate (PBS) can be processed by injection molding, blow molding, blown film, suction molding, lamination, foaming, spinning, etc.

protection related materials, such as nets and membranes for civil greening. It can be used in packaging, tableware, cosmetic bottles and medicine bottles, disposable medical supplies, agricultural films, pesticides and fertilizers slow-release materials, biomedical polymer materials, etc.
