our overload limiter is a safety device used in  industrial elevators, construction hoists, Trasport platforms, Material Hoists, Mast climbing work platforms, suspended platforms....which prevents the car from starting off when it is overloaded. If the car is overloaded, a red indicator light lights up on the car control with alarm. Usually our overload limiter comes with control and loading cell. But some intergrated control desk which includes the control just need plug our loading cell and can use this safety functions.
The loading cell you can choose different type as load pin, L type, shear beam, DT according to your equipment which you can also find details in our website. The force is measured by means of a strain gauge which is applied to the bolt, which provides a measuring signal proportional to the force. The measuring pins provide very precise and reproducible results even in long-term use in harsh industrial environments.And used with the intelligent control together to work as the over load limiter to monitor the actual loading to ensure the loading is under safety weight.
