Where does stevia come from?
Stevia is a sugar substitute made from the leaves of the stevia plant. It's about 100 to 300 times sweeter than table sugar, but it has no carbohydrates, calories, or artificial ingredients. Not everyone likes the stevia bitter tastes, so the real chanllge for us is to make a stevia with pure sweetness. 

Is stevia safe: 
In fact stevia has been used in South Amercan for hundreds of years, it takes the wold a long time to study and prove it's sweetness, finally in 2010. Stevia is approved by US FDA as GRAS. Now it is widley used around the world.
Where is stevia planted?
As a sugar alternative, stevia is gettming popular around  the world, so it needs more and more stevia rebaudiana bertoni tobe planted. Stevia needs certain climate to grow. China has large ground, rich labor and right climate, so it is now grown in many provinces in China, like Xinjiang, Anhui, Heilongjiang. We also cooperate with Sudan government to develop stevia planting base along side the Nile.
