Graphite Flux Tubes for Molten Aluminium
I. Fluxing Tubes Introduction
Graphite Fluxing tubes are often used in aluminium applications such as transfer ladles, melting furnaces and holding furnaces to inject fluxing gases for the removal of hydrogen, aluminium oxides and other inclusions from molten aluminium.
Ht Elite's graphite flux tubes, made using a proprietary process, offer excellent resistance to corrosion and thermal shock. Grades include SST and ZX, both with anti-oxidation treatment.
Flux tubes are available in a variety of sizes.
Different graphite materials are available for graphite Fluxing (Degassing) Tubes for different applications. Extruded, Recovery, Vibrated, Impregnated and Oxidation resistant graphite tubes are available.
