.Structure description
1. The box is made of CNC equipment, with advanced technology, smooth lines and beautiful appearance

.Temperature control
UV:
First-order optical reactions are not sensitive to temperature changes, whereas the speed of subsequent second-order reactions is closely related to temperature changes.Generally speaking, the reaction speed will be accelerated as the temperature increases. Therefore, it is important to control the temperature during the UV exposure test.The temperature of UV process in the equipment is set to any point between 50ºC and 70ºC, depending on the level of illumination and indoor ambient temperature.The temperature adjustment of the equipment is accomplished by a series of systems such as air heater, water heater and so on, which are directed by a controller with microcomputer calculation function.
. Moisture:
As the temperature increases, the destructive power of moisture on materials increases dramatically.Therefore, temperature control is the most basic requirement in wet process.Furthermore, to produce an acceleration effect, it is necessary to maintain a high temperature environment during the wet process.So the temperature of the condensation process is set to any point between 40ºC and 60ºC.
Heating system
1. High speed heating electric heat pipe of u-shaped titanium alloy is adopted
2. Completely independent system of temperature control and illumination
3. The temperature control output power is calculated by microcomputer to achieve high precision and high efficiency
4. The heating system has anti-overtemperature function:
1) the blackboard temperature is controlled by a color touch screen program controller or a digital key temperature controller. The output power is calculated by microcomputer. The PID self-tuning is adopted.
2) the temperature of the water tank is controlled by the color touch screen program Korean temperature controller.In the test process, one of the test sections is the dark condensation process, which requires the box body to produce high temperature saturated water vapor, when the water vapor encounters the relatively cold sample surface, it will condense dew on the sample surface.
