Hydrophilic soft silky silicone oil sc-60741

[Product introduction]

The new block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent sc-60741 can be applied to all kinds of cotton fabrics, including cotton, man-made fiber, viscose fiber and so on. It gives the fabric a smooth, full and silky feel, and has excellent hydrophilic effect.

[Product characteristics]
1. Excellent hydrophilic property;
2. Similar to the self emulsifying property, it can ensure the stability of the diluent and completely solve the safety problems such as cylinder sticking and roll sticking;
3. It has excellent stability under different pH and temperature conditions;
4. Provide superior soft, plump and silky feeling effect;
5. Low heat yellowing property: suitable for instant hydrophilic finishing of white or light colored fabrics;
6. If the fabric using this product needs to be dyed, the silicon stripping process is simple and easy to repair color.

[Usage]
1. Recommended process
Padding Method: the recommended dosage is 30g / L ~ 80g / L, pre drying at 120 ºC, heat setting at 150 ºC ~ 180 ºC for 50 seconds
2. Impregnation Method
The recommended dosage is 1 ~ 3% (o.w.f), temperature 30 ~ 40 ºC, time 10 ~ 20 minutes, dehydration, drying at 100 ºC.

3. It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain special handle style. Please do compatibility test before use.

[Precautions]
1. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the best use date. Performance test should be conducted before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.

[Packaging and storage]
50kg / drum or 120kg / drum (lined with plastic bags).
It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
