Machine features:
1.Feeding suction board, tension control, dust-free cloth can be attached to prevent scratches;
2.Four-zone heating, circulating hot air drying, automatic constant temperature, each zone can set the temperature
freely, under the same temperature control, the temperature of each zone is the same;
3.The frequency converter automatically receives the material, and the oven is 52 meters away for drying;
4.The hard alumina roller conveying rod has a smooth surface to ensure smooth material conveying without deformation.
5.Electrostatic rod, equipped with static elimination function;          


Machine Description:

In the center of the machine, there're 4 fans for cured film cooling.

1 center roller for rewinder, its frequency converter automatically receives the material, and the oven is 52 meters
away for drying;

The 2 left bottom rollers are correctors, they can automatically correct the material position when it goes leaning.

The hard alumina roller conveying rod has a smooth surface to ensure smooth material conveying without deformation.

On the top of machine, it's heating zone, there're 10 heating tubes on the left side(feeding side), 9 heating tubes on the
right side(rewinding side).
